We are proud to offer our customers free shipping! Please note that we require 1-2 working days, on an average, to prepare your order before shipping it. Rest assured that we are doing everything possible, to send your order as quickly as possible. We take extra precautionary measures, to ensure that your package and product are sanitized and clean. Please consider holidays and promotions, which may impact delivery times.
1. How long does it take for my order to get shipped?
For express delivery in E.U.: Delivery generally takes 3-5 working days*, depending on the location.
For express delivery in Norway: Delivery generally takes 3-5 working days*, depending on the location.
For standard delivery in Europe: Delivery generally takes 5-7 working days*, depending on the location.
For standard delivery in Norway: Delivery generally takes 5-7 working days*, depending on the location.
*Excluding order preparation time of 24-48h.
2. How to track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number in your Order Shipment Confirmation Email. You can always check the status of your order, through our tracking system: "link to add"
If you have not received a tracking number, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. Our team will contact you and send you your tracking number.
3. Can I cancel my order once it has been placed ?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order if it has already been shipped. However, you can return the package to us after having received it by sending us an email in advance, at the following address: email@example.com. It must be returned to us in its original packaging, equipped with these accessories and unused within 30 days.
4. What should I do if I entered an incorrect address?
Make sure you have checked all your details properly before submitting your order. Please notify us immediately by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org in any incorrect information regarding your order is present, within 24 hours of placing it. Once orders have been shipped, you can no longer make changes to your order.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information. izybaby is not responsible for incorrect delivery information provided by you. If the parcel is returned to izybaby due to an incorrect delivery caused by the recording of incorrect or incomplete information, then you are responsible for the costs relating to a new parcel shipment.
5. What does the sale price include?
The prices on izybaby.com include VAT for all deliveries in the European Union countries, the United States, Australia and Canada. For deliveries to other countries, the customer is responsible for paying any VAT or other Tax(es) that may be required by the regulations of each country(ies).
6.Will I have to pay customs fees or duties on my order ?
No. However, please note that orders placed outside the European Union, United States, Australia and Canada may be subject to additional import taxes and duties once the order reaches its appointed country. As izybaby.com has no control over these charges, you must bear the cost of any additional import tax and customs fees outside the EU, USA, Canada and Australia.
7. What payment methods do you accept ?
izybaby accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases. Major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Bancontact, American Express. You can also pay for your order with PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay and Alma.
As soon as your purchase has been verified and validated, an order confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail.
8. Will my credit card information be retained?
In order to guarantee your security, izybaby does not store bank details. Online purchases will be charged to your credit card when you submit your order. However, the transaction will not be completed until we have verified your card details, received credit authorization and confirmed stock availability. You will be notified by email if for any reason we are unable to carry out your order.
